Unfortunately I booked 3 rooms when we arrived one of the rooms was cancelled I was not sure why. It took away a little bit of the experience as our daughters were with us one had just got married that day, anyway besides this the stay was good.

The front desk staff at check-in and the luggage storage staff were both very friendly. I booked a king room while my friend booked a twin room on the same floor. However, the condition of the rooms was very different—our king room looked much older and more worn out. The biggest issue was the shower: the showerhead sprayed water in a very dispersed way, which made the water pressure extremely weak. Taking a shower or washing my hair took almost twice as long as normal just to feel clean.

除非為了去crown玩，否則在一眾入門5星酒店了沒必要選他們家，房間大小沒有問題 但設施老舊 住了三晚沒有一次打掃的，頭一次遇到免費礦泉水都沒有的五星級酒店 電視不能投屏衹能接收本地電視台。地理位置略微不上不下，説不上好 去CBD 走路有點遠 打車又不是特別有必要。 寧可住CBD裡面的萬豪或者hyatt的入門五星

We had a pleasant stay at crown melbourne hotel. Clean and location is very good. Easy access to the city. Free tram zone just across the hotel. Can travel anywhere within melbourne easily.

Good location and friendly staff, but overall very ordinary. Overpriced hotel, breakfast, and car park. Rooms are clean but really need an upgrade — a décor refresh is needed. We stayed in a corner room but it was pretty useless.
